Affordable Cost

When Training Minds Ministry set out to create its first Training Conference, providing the best teaching possible for NCFCA competitors was its #1 goal. Its second goal: make it extremely affordable.

How do we get it down so low? It starts with a sticker price that is already a slam-dunk deal, but the ministry leverages its nonprofit status to bring it down even further. Consider all the options you have in creating your conference experience.

Compare other summer conference/camp prices and you'll see Training Minds Ministry delivers a tremendous value at an incredible price. If you chose all five programs (you may attend them separately), the total cost would be over $1000, for two weeks at Colorado Conference 2009. Attend all five programs for as low as $505, a fantastic deal for two weeks of training!

Early-bird Registration
Those students and coaches who register early enjoy 10% off the sticker price. Hurry, the early-bird special expires July 31, 2010!

Fundraising Option
The IRS allows all student and coaching participants to deduct 50% of the total tuition as tax-deductible fundraising. We have a complete program that allows for individuals to raise funds from family and friends to help reduce costs for them and others. If finances stand in the way of your speech and debate training, take full advantage of this opportunity. Students have saved thousands of dollars over the years since this program's implementation. But there's more...

Additional Savings

Every little bit counts, and here are some other ways will save a tremendous amount in your stay.

Free Meals!
We have a lot to teach you, and Colorado's conference-style goes fast. Therefore, all meals are provided during your stay on campus. This will not include most breakfasts, but during the event a kitchen will be serving food. Miss Maggie (Colorado coach known for serving fantastic food) will be in charge of the menu.

Coaches: Get an additional $50-$100 off EACH EVENT!
And that's on top of the early-bird discount! Training Minds Ministry believes coaches should get some TLC. This includes an additional $50 for conference events and $100 off Research Camp, which equates to $250 savings for the entire two weeks! This is a great incentive for coaches to come to conference.

20% Off ALL Monument Publishing Resources
Once at the Conference, you'll be able to stock up on resources for you and your club at an incredible savings. Bring home the anticipated sourcebooks, textbooks and materials that will make your club into a club of champions!

Volunteer Positions
There are some volunteer positions for parents that do include discounts to tuition. These positions will be filled by May 15, 2010. Click here for more information.
