Event Refund Policy

Registering for camp is an agreement that you will attend. We reserve your slot, order plane tickets for coaches, and make several costly arrangements for your stay. Please understand that we will keep true to the following Refund Policy to help ensure the success of your camp experience.
- 10% of every registration is nonrefundable.
- Remaining 90% of the registration is refundable before the event's early-bird registration date.
- Following the early-bird registration, none of the registration is refundable.
